Can anyone buy from your store, or do I need to be a reseller?
We welcome all customers, but our setup is tailored for wholesale orders. You don’t need special reseller status—just place your order, and we’ll handle everything out.
Where do you ship orders to?
We currently accept orders from the United States only. Orders from outside the US are not accepted at this time.
Are the products in stock or pre-order?
Many items are available for pre-order. If an item is marked as “Pre-Order,” it will be shipped starting October 14th onwards. All “in stock” items are ready to ship immediately. US customers will not see sold-out items if stock is available.
How long will shipping take?
After your order is processed (usually within 1-2 business days), standard shipping times apply for the mainland US. Pre-orders will ship starting October 14th onward. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
What if I change my mind or need a refund?
At this time, we do not offer refunds for orders once they are placed. All sales are considered final. Please review your cart carefully before checkout. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at vintagebrotherswholesaleus@gmail.com and our team will work with you to resolve the issue.
